LeMaster Electric was established in 2024 by husband-and-wife team David LeMaster and Kristin Woolley as the realization of a shared dream: to build an electrical contracting company of their own, shaped by their shared values, vision, and desire to lean into their strengths.
Behind the company is more than half a century of combined commercial electrical experience. Our team of career-long professionals has worked across high-rise construction in Bellevue and Seattle, national retail buildouts, EV charging infrastructure, tenant improvements, service upgrades, and travel-based commercial projects throughout Washington and beyond. That depth gives our team the perspective to understand demanding scopes, coordinate with larger project teams, adapt in the field, and bring steady judgment to work that has to keep moving.
As a woman-owned SBE commercial electrical contractor, LeMaster Electric is positioned to support general contractors, EPCs, and industrial companies that need an experienced electrical subcontractor with the capability to step into complex projects and the responsiveness to stay close to the work.

Kristin Woolley
Owner, Co-Founder
As a licensed 01 Master Electrician with more than 20 years of commercial electrical experience, he brings the kind of field knowledge that comes from building, traveling, leading, and doing the work at every level. His background spans commercial construction, high-rise projects, national buildouts, EV charging infrastructure, and complex electrical scopes where judgment, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of electrical theory in practice matter.
David LeMaster
Master Electrician/Co-Founder
A senior craftsman with deep experience in high-rise and high-end electrical work, his fingerprints are on standout projects throughout the Puget Sound. As a Journeyman and Estimator, he brings real field perspective to the front end of a project, helping shape practical scopes before carrying that same experience into the work itself.
